Trouble has befallen the crew of the Star Wanderer. With their companion KYN-11TE malfunctioning, the remaining crew travel to the hidden Shadowport of Zad’zer. There they learn of the auction of a rare artifact known as the SAILORS LIGHT.

Whilst masquerading as nobles from the D’Bro Shipping Corporation to gain entry to the auction, Padawan El’Sara Vesri learns that the artifact is similar to the GOLDEN ARCADIAN, an object imbued with the Dark Side of the Force.

Hoping to learn more about the artifact, the young Jedi and Zax Wattega journey to the caverns where the artifact was recovered, only to be captured by bounty hunters. Meanwhile, Arcz and L’zadarma, now concerned with the disappearance of their companions, search the station for clues....

Arcz’s eyes widen in shock as he feels the blade slide into his guts. His hands open and his weapons fall to the ground. His face pales, he takes on staggering step backwards and collapses, eyes staring blankly at the roof.

Without a single backward glance the Black Sun thugs stream out the door, racing to their spaceship. Two are a little bit slower than the rest.

Arcz’s previously lifeless hands suddenly reach out and seize his vibro rapier, his eyes focus and he springs to his feet with an agile bound.

Swiftly and silently he closes the gap to the last two Black Sun thugs.

The last thing they hear is a quiet voice saying “I see dead people.”
